also fair treatment at a workplace. This practice also avoid discrimination happened at a
workplace. Fair work act cover all the key points that support the fair treatment with all
employees associated with any corporate organization.
Work health and safety act ensure the fact that organizations must assure a safe and
healthy culture at an organization. This is essential that all safety standards and health related
guidelines must cope up by the stakeholders to support the health and safety related requirements
of the employee at a workplace (Liu, Li and Hassall, 2021). Employer must ensure a safe culture,
environment, infrastructure and such related aspects that can favour to the employee to work
efficiently without compromising on any of the health requirements.
Anti discrimination act assure and avoid any form of discrimination at a work Place or anywhere.
This act protects the basic human rights of an individual or avoid any kind of partial treatment
occur with the individual. Different areas are covered in this that can promote discrimination in
any given ways which involve discriminations based on age, disability, race, sex, intersex status,
gender identity and sexual orientation. This act avoids all kinds of discrimination an individuals

significant role in providing an equal opportunity to all the people irrespective of any social and
economic background of the person. This act could support thee human right violation for the
individual and human being in society.

issues and in order to resolve the same, company should hire a team who can monitor the
changes so that effective outcome can be provided. With the help of this process, company’s

connected with company for a longer term. By complying with this process, company can easily
improve the business performance and manage the ideas and information as well.
Each and every employee should learn from the feedback collected from their peers and

proper performance of the employees and this in turn assist to let people understand about own
weakness (Debray, 2020). After collecting feedback, it is necessary to consult with the senior
managers so that they identify ways through which weakness can be resolved. That is why, it can
be stated that through an effective feedback, employees can improve their performance and learn
many things from it as well.
It is quite common in an organisation to have issues and to resolve the same, there is a
need to implement an effective strategy in which conflict resolution process need to be complied
which help to solve the issues. In this, a senior manager need to be involve that helps to create a
better outcome because the result need to be free from bias. Also, there are many solutions
provided in this process that can be used by the people. On the other side, to resolve the issues at
workplace, it is also suggested to referred the issue to its relevant personnel, it is so because they
can listen from both parties and then provide solution accordingly. In this way, the chances of
conflict can be minimise and implement effective outcome as well that assist to improve the
business performance.
In order to attain the goal of a company in a limited time frame, company form teams and
to manage the same there is a need to make good coordination between them. In this, use of
network can be beneficial because it provides support to the team and also determine the best
outcome for an organisation (Rezvani, Barrett and Khosravi, 2019). Also, to manage the same
there is a need to use Belbin theory which helps to identify the role of team members so that the
work can be assigned accordingly. This in turn assist to create a better outcome and improve the
business performance by working in a team where employees work with proper collaboration
and create a sense of team work among them. Overall, it can be stated that there is a need to
make improvement in this area because clashes and conflict may be arises in the business that
might affect the results in negative manner.

In a business, there is a need to comply with effective policies such as with the help of
cultural diversity company maintain the working environment and generate a better outcome. In
order to comply with cultural diversity, Equality Act need to be complied that provide equal
opportunity to all the employees and they are not discriminated on the basis of culture. Through
this, each individual has a right to work in a team in order to understand each other culture. If the
company is not complying with an act which reflect that company is not working in proper
manner and such policy might be deficient and that is why, in place of such Equality act need to
be complied (Mason and Minerva, 2020). On the other side, to run a business in a perfect
manner, there is a need to have proper ethical values which is concerned with data protection act
and respect of others. In many companies due to not complying with ethical values, business fall
and as a result, customer base decreases. In such issue, there is a need to comply with Data
protection act and a notice should be served which contain a detail of ethics that need to be
complied within a business.
In the workplace, it is common to have conflicts wither in between employee-employers,
employers-employees and senior manager-employees. At that time, there is a need to have a flow
or hierarchy which need to be followed while resolving the conflicts. The conflict might be
increases if the company do not have any policy and to resolve the same, resolution policy need
to be formulated that helps to improve the conflicts (Chistyakova, Cole and Johnstone, 2018).
That is why, it can be stated that due to resolve the conflicts within a company, a policy need to
be adhere by the individual so that effective outcome can be generated.

While completing the above task, it has been analysed that I gain benefits regarding the
same which included there is a need to have trust between the employees so that the working
environment of the company can be managed. Along with this, it can be stated that there is a
need to manage internal as well as external contacts which in turn help to improve the relation
with other company so that effective outcome can be generated. Also, it can be stated that in
order to meet the objectives of a company there is a need to meet own interpersonal
communication style so that effective outcome can be generated and this in turn causes positive
impact over the business as well. Through this skill, I can also manage the work in future and it
