Me: Hello and welcome Mr. Smith
Raphael- Ahh!! Long time Jason. Nice to meet you
Me: Me too Sir
Raphael: You know why I am here. As you can see our company sales have declined in the
past few months and with the signs of a strike that might be happening soon, we must deal
with necessary precautions and make sure to communicate he most relevant information
properly without our workplace.
Me: Definitely, Sir. I will definitely look into this matter and make sure that I provide the
most relevant information properly by reporting to both the Sydney and Brisbane Branch.
Raphael: There has been talks about one of the rental employees of Brisbane branch who is
concerned more about the business restructuring.
Me: You are right Sir. I have heard that the employee is more concerned about losing the job

any chance for retraining and they might get paid less too. There are news that the employees

Union to support the strike furthermore.
Rapahel: Oh God…..!!!! It terrible, already our company is facing a lot of issues along with
poor communication, and this employee is further creating complexities. Do the necessary to
resolve this situation as soon as possible
Me: I would like to get proper support from you Sir so that I could deal with the situation and
ensure that proper ideas and concepts are communicated for enabling improvements and
accomplish the organisational goals. I would like to recommend about not existing the rental
markets rather manage both the retail and rental markets.
Raphael: I understand Jason, but still how can a employee of our own company do such
thing. It’s terrible and unethical
Me: Sir, Kindly keep your cool. Rather than expressing anger or criticizing him, we can
motivate and encourage him through rewards and create opportunities for retraining existing
employees so that the business restructuring can be successful
Raphael: That’s a great idea and I would make sure to check that no one is affected with the
exit from rentals market
Me: Thank You Sir
Raphael: Arrange a meeting as soon as possible
Me: Definitely, Sir.
