market which can be presented in any manner such as by the use of media or local newspaper. On the other hand
maintaining ethical and legal environment within business is another lesson. The organisation can develop and
implement a continuous improvement by having regular interaction with each employee or staff of the
organisation along with taking of their feedbacks which can be a suggestion or sharing of any grief. Positive
communication and protocols can only be developed when each and every employee within an organisation is
being satisfied along with a presence of motivation and dedication towards business. A team leader should not be
much over confident to his or her work rather should communicate timely to the superior about the situation in
order to take corrective actions in time. Communication barrier can bring various negative reports for the
organisation which can affect the brand name in market. An employee instead of going public for his
dissatisfaction should ones conveys to the superior or team leader.

the communication objectives as set out in the above plan.
A supervisor can seek the feedback though a launching of feedback sessions or even by putting a feedback
box which will only be accessed by him at the time of feedback review. On the other hand a supervisor can
involve some experience or new talented employees while developing a communication plan or any activity for
the success who will provide ground report to the supervisor which is helpful in having a successful
implementation of the objective.
