INTRODUCTION
Business communication is informing as well as sharing information to among the people
in order to gain commercial advantage to the company (Chan, Schnurr. and Zayts, 2018). Here in
the study the challenges which are common in effective communication and strategies for the
same are discussed in detail. Awareness due to communication in the different culture is also
discussed in detail.

Common challenges as well as barriers in the effective communication.
The various barriers and challenges in effective communication are:
Lacking in attention
If the sender is not active and also the receiver is not active then it can create chaos
between them. It can be due to lack in interest or due to distraction.
Accent problem
Brits used to speak very fast English and their accent is also different so it can create a
symbol of cumbersomeness among the non Brits.
Perception
Perception is also another problem in which what the receiver is wishing from the sender
may be different because of pre assumption.
Non verbal communication
Various expressions are used which may be understood by the receiver differently. Non
verbal communication are the expression or the gesture communication.
As a manager of Mr. fishy the manager should avoid all the factors which are hindering
to understand the reciever effectively.

communication:

understood by the Brits as well as Non Brits (Li. and Xiao, 2019) This will make Non Brits feel
that Mr. Fishy is valuing them, and they should also respect them.

Manager must be respectful and must respect all the workers working in the organization.
The manager should not ignore the person from another community or the Non Brits. This will
make feel the employees if they are getting better respect then they should also understand the
work pressure and its work culture.
Repitition
The manager must be polite if the Non Brits have not understood the message and must
do repetition in which the manager must repeat the message in order to give better understanding
of the message.

Cultural influences over communication and negotiation.
Manager of Mr. Fishy can create awareness among the employees about cultural effects
on communication and negotiation by spreading the message each community and religion have
their own beliefs and self norms. If someone is having different accent of English then the person
must be respected instead of making fun of the person (Thussu, 2018). The receiver must be
negotiable towards the English speaking from the Non Brits and must try to help them wherever
it is required because this will create a healthy working environment.

As per the study it is concluded that business communication plays a dominant role in
maintaining better working relationship among the employees as well as the employer which
may be from different region having different culture.
