INTRODUCTION
Conflict management is an effective process of reducing the negative aspect of issues that
arise at workplace and among two person. The main aim of conflict management is to improve
the chances of learning and group outcome related with effectiveness in organization. For
attaining success, it is important for every individual to share positive relation by reducing the
issues and conflicts (Latham and Seijts, 2016). This will help in improving the overall
performance of the company and workers as well. Present report is based on the use of
knowledge and understanding of conflict management to effectively resolve the issues at
workplace. Along with this, appropriate coaching techniques is also mentioned in this report that
may contribute in improving the performance of workers at work.

Conflict management play vital role in resolving issues at workplace. Mainly it refers to
the ideas which helps in reducing the negative effects of dispute and at the same time also
enhance the positive outcomes as well. Thus, it is important for every individual to effectively
deal with conflicts so that they can easily resolve issues and maintain positive relation with
others. In an organization number of conflicts are arise in employees working life but the major
issues that is team management conflict.
I am working in 10 member of team within the organization in all the workers are best
within their skills and knowledge. But Harry feel that he is more superior and unique in whole
team. This is the main issue that I face in a team because all the employees in a team are perform
together for attain common goal. One day, Harry came and talk about their skills and also argued
that he is the person who highly contribute in team as compare to others. He said that all the
goals are attained just because of him (Dyck, 2017). It is negatively impact on me and other team
members as well.
Team management conflicts is a major issue for organization because all the big project
is based in the team. For resolving this issue, it has been analysed that I needs to communicate
with Harry to resolve this conflict among team. In this, I clearly understand that if we both share
all the ideas and issues than I can easily build a effective team in which all the workers are

conflicts as well. Thus, it is important to deal with issues in effective manner. Along with this,
encourage workers to perform best at workplace. This is possible by interdepartmental
communication to improve the better coordination among team member and also reduce the
issues in appropriate way.
Talk together: Better communication is more important for all the workers who perform
in a team. In this, it is necessary to the workers to don't let any other person to monopolize the
communication and conversation. For resolving issues and conflict among team, workers have to
focus on the problem rather than attack or assign blame. This will help them in improving the
trust and positive coordination as well. It directly contribute in establishing positive work
environment within the organization and team working as well.
Listen carefully:It is one of the essential strategy which provide complete attention to the
person who is talking in front of others. Thus, it is necessary for all the workers do not interrupt
and listen their thought and ideas appropriately. With the help of this team member can easily
share their views and opinion with others and also tries to building better understanding with
others. By this they can easily reduce the chances of arising any kind of issues within the team.
Further more, it is also important for team members to tell them liked about the another team
member and at the same time also motivate tor perform best.

through which workers can easily maintain better coordination. Along with this, providing better
