After analyzing the case scenario of Alex-Ann Espeut, it is identified that the conflict
mentioned in this case is clearly happened due to miss-communication. It is observed from the
scenario that the conflict raised due to the claim of Mrs. D against Alex-Ann Espeut, for rude
behavior. However, Alex-Ann Espeut has mentioned that he has not behaved rude with his staffs
especially with Mrs. D.
Along with this it is also observed that in order to mitigate the conflict the organization
has conducted a face to face conversation between Alex-Ann Espeut and Mrs. D. After analyzing
this action with conflict management strategy it can be stated that face to face meeting is one of
the best solution to reduce team conflict. Thus, it can be stated that this action is one of the best
solution of handling such conflicts.
Apart from the above mentioned techniques there are several others techniques which
will help to mitigate the identified that conflicts as well. One of those effective conflict
management techniques includes process of restructuring the organization as by the adoption of
this technique the rules and regulations of the organization will be altered thus, it will enhance
the interdependency that will help to improve the managerial style as well.

After analyzing the case scenario of T'shana Williams-Terry it is identified that in this
case the T'shana Williams-Terry had failed to catch the operational speed of the organization due
to his less activeness as well as due to less contribution into the office activities. After analyzing
this scenario it is identified that the organization has tried to mitigate this solution by conducting
face to face argument between T'shana Williams-Terry and his co. While analyzing this concern

it is identified that in this case scenario face to face argument it not effective at all. Since, in this
case face to face argument may cause more conflict between the mentioned participants.
Followed by these identification it is identification it is observed that adoption of altering
the human variable as well as the adoption of altering the structural variable will help to address
the identified conflicts. As due to the adoption of these conflict management techniques the
organization will face a behavioral changes as well as a change in the organizational workflow
that will help both the participants to understand the dynamic situation and work accordingly.
Along with these adoptions the utilization of conflict stimulation techniques like appointing
advocate will also help to mitigate these scenario as the advocate will criticize the point of view
of both and decide wisely.
