The company Tesco have a positive and effective workforce. Tesco is one of the largest
companies in the UK situated in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, England. The company
deals with merchandise and retain products. This is the third-largest company in the context
of gross revenue. The company is multinational and explores its values and standards
worldwide. The company is going well and attaining growth and development. The major
reason behind such growth and development is related to the workplace environment of the
company. The company had implemented different strategies which helped to attain a
balanced workplace in the company.
The report will discuss different aspects of workplace culture in the organization. to
understand the company's environment in brief there will be a discussion about external
factors of the company which are PESTEL and SWOT. The discussion of the relationship
