Cost- the cost is defined as the amount of money which is being levied by the researcher
in completing the whole research. The cost is high for the research as there are many different
activities which are undertaken for the completion of the whole research. In the present research
the cost which is levied is around £400.
Access- the access to the research is of any person who are interested within the topic of
research. All the people who have interest in the topic of workplace discrimination then they can
have access to this research. Also, the other similar companies and competitor of ASDA can also
make use of this research as they can also apply the same strategies and methods on the company
for the removal of workplace discrimination (Kumar, 2019).
Ethical consideration- this is the most essential thing for the research as if the research
will not use the ethical methods then the research will not attain the intended objectives. The
major ethical consideration for the researcher is to get the sign of the respondent who has
provided the answer to the questionnaire. This is essential because of the reason that the
researcher uses the personal information of the respondent and for this they have to take the
permission and approval of the respondent. Also, for managing the ethical working the
researcher need to take the data from the reliable and valid sources.
