This research proposal examines workplace discrimination within the Hotel Hilton, aiming to analyze strategies for managing equality and diversity to improve company performance. The study defines equality and diversity, highlighting their importance in the workplace, and explores the impact of discrimination on various aspects of the business. The research aims to identify ways of maintaining equality and diversity, evaluate the benefits of reducing workplace discrimination, and analyze the importance of equality and diversity in the firm. The methodology includes a qualitative research approach, using an inductive approach and interpretivism philosophy, collecting data through questionnaires and secondary sources, with a sample of 30 employees. The analysis will be done using thematic analysis, and ethical considerations will be addressed. The literature review covers key concepts and strategies for managing equality and diversity, including providing equal opportunities and employee training, and discusses the benefits of reducing workplace discrimination, such as increased productivity, goodwill, and sales. The research also emphasizes the importance of creating a harmonious environment and promoting teamwork within the organization.
