perform in the organization. Workplace discrimination used to play a very crucial role in doing

organization very badly. This report has highlighted Aim and objective about different issue

interpretating that providing training to employee will be the best way through which impact of
workplace discrimination can be reduced in the organization. As out of total pool of 30
respondent 21 respondent has chosen the option of Training to employee. Remaining 5, 3 and 1
respondent has chosen the option of Clarity, Improvement in recruitment policy and all of above
respectively. As per the literature review the reason which has driven different individual to
select the same method is that, adopting the training culture will help the company in promoting
better image of company in front of the other in the market.

There were many limitations which was seen by the scholar in the process of carrying
out research for the organization. The first limitation was the time allotted to complete the
project was too limited. By taking help of colleague scholar was able to complete the project on
time. Another issue was related to checking out the progress with the tutor but by taking meeting
time, this issue was also solved by scholar in the market.

This project help me in gather more information and knowledge relating to the equality
and diversity and gender discrimination . It was a good experience for me as it help me in
learning more. With this research I was able to learn about formation of aims and objectives. I
also learn that researcher can know in advance about the method they should use by listing all
the research method. Also, this report has helped me in getting information regarding
information about the topic of the research. As in the past I was not having that sort of
knowledge about the topic of the research in a long run.
It also help in enhancing my communication skills as communication is very important
in every type of research . In addition to this have have learn many more skills as well. Another
skill which was developed by me was analysis skill, as this report has asked me to analysis good
amount of data related to the research which can be carried out in the organization.
To bring more accurate and reliable results researcher used quantitative research instead
of qualitative research.for collecting more reliable data researcher used deductive approach
instead of inductive approach.
