As per the view point of Rachael (2018), Workplace discrimination in an organisation take
place when an employee is untreated because of age, gender, racism, background and many
more. In many companies , it take place when staff members did not pay equally ad belongs
from similar position. In addition to this there are several that did not provide equal
opportunities to the male and female staff member, which is the reason of arise of workplace
discrimination issues within the organisation.
To determine challenges and issues faced by company due to workplace discrimination
According to Goodluck Chimezie Uncle Elei (2018), there are various challenges faced
by companies because of workplace discrimination. One of the major challenge is increase in
turnover rate and absenteeism rate as well. It is determine that if employees feel unfair at
workplace they lose interest in activities as well as operations of company and did not like
work with such organisations. It is determine that if employees leave organisation, it is
required to hire new candidate that may occur cost to company and has negative impact on its
revenue level.
To examine strategies require to be adopted by managers of Hounslow cars in order to
decline influence of workplace discrimination.
According to Chen and Jekl, (2018), there are various strategies used by companies in
order to eliminate level of workplace discrimination. One of the strategy is providing equal
opportunity to both the male and female staff members that motivate each and every staff
member of company and develop positive mind set of employees towards working and

Research Methodology
Research methodology is a framework used by each and every researcher in order to

Quantitative Research: It is formulated to gather all numerical facts, figures,
statistics and numbers which help in drawing positive and appropriate conclusion.
Qualitative research: Another research method is qualitative approach and herein all
information & data is gathered in the form of non-numerical data. These data are collected
on the basis of perception of humans which are in not in numerical manner.
In addition to this, it has been identified that researcher adopt quantitative
method as it provides clear, accurate and authentic information which assist in developing
positive conclusion.
Data collection
For collecting data, there are mainly two types of method is used by research that is
secondary sources as well as primary sources of data collection.
Primary data- This is the sort of data collected where researcher collect all the data
for first time and is original in nature.
Secondary data – It define as the research method where all the information are
already available and are not fresh. These information are gathered by researchers in past
who conduct the research on topic.
In the present research, both primary & secondary data collection method are used by
investigator so that more accurate and authentic information and data will be collected by
researchers.
sample size: It is necessary for researcher to determine the sample size of the respondent
in order to gather information by distributing questionnaire to them. In this report, for
conducting primary data collection investigator adopt questionnaire method where they select
sample size on the basis of random sampling method. Also total number of respondents are
30 in number with the help of which investigator can easily gather all the answer to the
questions.
