Meaning of workplace discrimination
From the view point of Sherrie Scott, 2020, workplace discrimination
refers to as discrimination on certain set prejudices and emerges when
staff members working in the premises are treated unfavourably because
of their age, disability, religion etc. However, workplace discrimination
is directly impacting the overall profitability and productivity ratio
because workers are not satisfied with the working atmosphere.
