This research proposal investigates the impact of workplace discrimination on employee motivation within the retail sector, specifically focusing on Sainsbury. The study aims to identify the concept of discrimination and motivation, determine the impact of discrimination on employee motivation, assess organizational outcomes in response to discrimination, and provide recommendations for improving employee motivation.
