problems among the workforce as they are not treated in equal manner. The company considered
in this report is Tesco which is a British multinational groceries and general merchandise retail
firm started by Jack Cohen in the year 1919. The headquarters of this company are situated in
Hertfordshire, England. This research is based upon the treatment that employees of Tesco are
given and what are the practices which Tesco is following for overcoming the issues related to
