In today's era, this can be stated that professional skills extremely plays effective role in
the business world. Henceforth, professional skills such as leadership, project management,
mentoring and conflict resolution can be termed out as value added skills and this is essential to
any career (Héliot, Gleibs and Rojon, 2020). This also assistive to assist an individual to bring
improvement in his presentation skills to share knowledge with people.
Therefore, this can be stated that the one chosen ethical challenge that is facing by global
business environment of today is workplace diversity. It is affecting the working of enterprise at
huge level. Diversity at the workplace supports company workforce and this is inclusive of
gender, religion, race, ethnicity and cultural background etc. This has become one of the ethical
challenge as this is affecting the working practices of enterprise. In addition to this, it can be
stated that workplace diversity is crucial inside and outside the enterprise. Culturally diverse
workers have different opinion, thoughts, beliefs, values, trends and conditions (Skaggs, Kmec
and Bae, 2020). Hence, Aldi is an entity that assumes that customer satisfaction mainly based on
two components such as price and services. However, workplace diversity impacts the working
standards, approach to CSR adoption and entities sustainability.

confidence within employees, customers and shareholders. This is crucial for enterprise to deal
with employees effectively and efficiently (Olsthoorn, 2020.). In order to maintain the workplace
diversity, there is needs to maintain the level of trust between managers and employees so that
they do not get discriminated.
Establishing policies and procedures- Business managers and leader are responsible for
