Introduction
This presentation is based on the research conducted on the
topic equality and diversity at workplace. The organizations
chosen for this research is Sainsbury which is supermarket
chain of UK. In this presentation aim and objective of
research are included with a project management plan .
Different resrch methods and analysis of the findings is also
there.

Aims and objectives
Overview
For running a business effectively timely research is necessary
to remain in coordination with business environment.
Aim
The main aim of this research is, “To identify the issues and
challenges which may get arise out of equality and diversity at
workplace of Sainsbury plc”.

Project management plan
It is a written document that provide framework and
guidance for timely completion of a project or research.
Cost- This element basically shows the amount of expenses
made on various activities of research like cost of material
used, employees, tools, etc.

Research methodologies
Research methodologies basically represent a specific
procedure or techniques which are used to identify, collect
and analysis a set of data related with a particular topic.
Qualitative and quantitative methods of researh are two most
commonly used research mythologies .

Recommendations
From the analysis of above findings following
recommendations can be made for Sainsbury Plc:
•Sainsbury should make use of Paternalistic leadership .
•Proper and unbiased HR prcatises and cultural and diversity
training for employees is also recommended.

Conclusion
From this presentation it can be included that with the
expansion and growth of organization , challenges and issues
of equity and diversity are increasing. Use of project
management plan is made for effectively completing a
research and use of different methods of resrch and sources
of data is also made to maintain the reliability of data.
