orgnisation as it a factor that lead to creation of a positive workplace environment and also lead
to enhanced creativity and productivity at workplace (Chaubey and Sahoo, 2018). Aston martin
is a well known automotive company of UK that is facing tough competition in its business
environment and also facing issues of limited productivity. Thus, the current research work is
conducted on Aston martin in order to evaluate about the importance of gender equality in
leadership and management in order to develop a more inclusive and diverse workforce so that
the goals and objectives of orgnisation can be achieved in better way.
