The inclusion of the diversity within the organization helps in the overall development of
the concerned organizational workforce. The proper inclusion of the diversity within the given
workforce helps in the overall development of the ways in which the issues within the given
organization are resolved within the organization (Cletus et al., 2018). The implementation of the
diversified workforce within the given organization helps in the proper understanding of the
issues that are highlighted in terms of the overall performance within the organization as well
(Guillaume et al., 2017). The diversity within the given organization allows the proper
intercultural communication within the company (Davis, Frolova & Callahan, 2016). This in turn
assists the understanding of the cultural variations that exist among the employees within the
organization.
The experts are of the view that the concerned organization should maintain the proper
diversity within the workplace in terms of the cultural backgrounds of the employees as well as
the gender of the employees (Graham, Belliveau & Hotchkiss, 2017). This in turn would help in
the encouragement and the motivation that needs to be provided to the concerned employees in
order to deliver to the best of their abilities as well as feel included within the organization
