EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
Introduction
I have had a wonderful experience in performing my duties in my first office. The
workplace I am in is very supportive in nature and hence performing in my office gets easier.
Despite the job being my first job the main advantage that I got from the organization was
that my senior employees as well as the HR manager was very supportive and they helped me
in perform in a high level.
Human Resource Management
Human Resource Management is termed to be the management of the formal systems that
are to be performed as per the requirement of the business organization. Staffing, employee
management and business designing are the three main job roles of the Human Resource
manager.
In our office the human resource manager plays very important role in prosecution of the
employee bonds. In this section the main advantage that was gained was the coordination
among the co employees increased and the business organization got benefitted from the
better coordination (Gould-Williams 2016). The human resource manager made a pact that
the already present groups will get combined. This helped in better interaction with the
employees of different groups. This is one of the major reasons that functioning of the
business got affected in appositive manner.
Application in workplace
The Human resource manager is responsible for the recruiting new employees, managing
of the employees, retaining of the employees and providing proper business design.
Recruiting proper and well-deserved clients will ensure that the management of the project
will get performed as per the position of the recruited employees (Tracey 2016). This is the
main reason that completion of the project will get performed in a better manner. In case the
employee bonds are maintained in a better manner, healthy competition will arise and this
will benefit the business organization. With the help of retention policies that will be
performed by the Human resource manager, the main advantage that will be received is that
the efficiency in completion of the task will get better and this affect the functioning of the
entire business organization. Designing of the business is also an important task of the HR. in
case proper designing of the business schedule is not done it will get difficult for both me and
the company to function in a proper manner.

Demographic concern
4 demographic issues that are present includes income level, education level, age and sex
of the employees. These are the main employees that affects the functioning of the business
organization. Level of income affects the individual employees as per the management of the
business. The employee will stay motivated or demotivated as per their personal income rate.
The education level also affects the stature the employee will be in. age of the employee also
marks the growth rate of the employees. In case the employee is young he is supposed to be
in a learning phase and in case the employees are aged but still is new to the system without
any prior experience the way of teaching changes. This might affect the newly recruited
employee in a negative manner. Sex of the employee also effects the treatment the employee
might receive. This aspect might have both positive and negative outlook to the entire system.
In case the employee is a female the main advantage that she might receive is that she might
not get forced to work extra shift hours in night whereas the male employees might get forced
to perform extra hours of duties in night as well.
I have faced the demographic issue in work place. The demographic issue that I have
faced is issues related to age. As I was quite young during my first job and my education
standards were not very high as well. This led to the fact that I was paid lesser than my
colleagues who worked my office. Despite the fact that the work responsibilities were the
same still I was paid lesser than them. This changed my way of thinking and made me feel
that I need to grow my education level in order to be at par with my then colleagues.
Reasonable Accomadation
Reasonable accommodation is one of the most important aspect that will be taken into
consideration for keeping the employees of the business organization content. The employees
feel at home and this might increase the efficiency of the business organization. In case the
employees are provided with proper needs of theirs, be it be religious, mental, emotional or
employment related, the employees will not think of switching companies and this will help
in better retention of the employees and hence the projects that will be undertaken by the
business organization will get performed in a better manner.
