of the administration as employees belong to different culture and having different belief which
can impact the performances of overall company. To get the success in the target markets , the
organisation needs good employees who are willing to performances at their full capabilities so
that objectives of the organisation can be accomplished within the set time-frame and with the
effectiveness so that company can build their strong brand image in the market (Brown,, 2017).
The venture needs to have a diversification in their management team so that there are different
kinds of employees which are giving their new ideas and working at their full potentials so that
everyone is contributing in the success of the organisation. There are employees who belong to

There are some of the recommendations that have been drawn based on above discussed
different aspects that is in the Fat bear organisation:
In case on instances when a employees is not able to perform well and there is need of
additional training then there must no instances where top management has to look for
replacement. Instead they can focus on providing training matures so that all the lacking
areas of the employee can be developed.
There can be diversity training measures that can be developed to mitigate any type of
biasses as employees can then develop understand and there will be alignment of
employee values with overall laid vision & mission of the organisation.
Top management in Fat bear has to spend a significant amount of time in crafting
equality practises among their large diverse workforce. It will lead to resolving & dealing
with all the challenges that are associated with this situation.
When there are instances of complete equality amongst employees working at different
levels then it leads to a situation of high employee satisfaction. There is also lower
employee turnover as employees are not willing to leave the organisation. In fat bear it
will lead to higher cost advantage for employers that is going to further lead towards
higher cost effectiveness.
Equality of opportunity is a concept that is related to ensure that each individual has a
equal chance to take the opportunities and then work according to their existing potential.
There are different types of workers in a organisation that includes black workers, older
workers, manual workers, part time workers, shift workers. So there must not be any type

The success for the research is that i have successfully completed the survey on the employees of
the Fat bear organisation and seen that how equal pay scale have impacted the performances of
the employees at the work places. The diversification also played every important role in
achieving the objectives of the organisation in the effective manners.

The i learned that organisation needs to have a mix of employees who belong to different
background culture, having different religious and assumption as their factors helps them to
share their views on the project which helps the organisation to achieve the desire results in the
most appreciated manners. it is also important to respect the another employees beliefs system
which will increase their motivation in the organisation to perform better in the given task and
achieved them as soon as possible and in the most productivity manners. this also helps the
coordination and understanding among the team members of the organisation and accomplished
the desire results in the given time period.
I believe that there was a limitation of time period that was available for the purpose of
completion of the whole research. I believe that if there was more time available then some of
the areas could have been done in a more better way. Such as the questionnaire was prepared
with limited accessible questions. The questioner could have consist of more questions in order
to evaluate the situation of equality & diversity in a more better way.
