 What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
The project was to identify various measures to resolve the issues and challenges that the
company has to face in future due to workplace diversity and equality. A study on Unilever Plc.
 Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please
outline any evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes, research is conducted as per the pre-determined aims and objectives
of research. And its analysis is done by the project manager of the
organisation.
 What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the

Time which was allotted to conduct the research was utilised efficiently
and in the cost which was estimated.

While collecting the data from internet the appropriateness of such data was an
