Organisations requirement for ergonomic standards including working periods and conservation
techniques.
Present report has laid emphasis on the consulting company names Skillage IT. It has been
analysed that different organisation has different ergonomic standards which also includes
working periods and conservation techniques (Konz, 2018). Ergonomics standards in the
workplace promote worker productivity, safety and health. The standards can be used to reduce
down the work pressure and stress of employees which has been developed by working
aggressively. It is really necessary that Skillage IT is been engaged in developing the ergonomics
standards. This will assist them in retaining employees. They can also be engaged in creating the
working hours for the employees so that their mental stress can be reduced down. In this the
standardise procedures and policies are been included in order to reduce down the mental fatigue
from motion, vibration and shock. It has been analysed that occupational safety are really
necessary and for this ergonomic standards are been made. These are been developed as the
conservative standards so that safety and security can be provided to workers who are working
with them. Thus, helps firm in retaining employees.

Creating a plan to present in on the day
There will be various stages involve to present the report in front of the audience. It will
include the following steps:
Knowing the audience: The first and most important step in the presentation plan is to
have an idea about the audience who will be seeing the presentation. The best possible way is to
define the audience which will be best suited for the presentation. It is also necessary to have an
idea about the expectations and needs of audience by only this way presentation can be
successful.
Scope the Topic: The audience which will be included are employees, so that content
ergonomics is best suitable for them. The audience will be benefited by the information which
has been covered in the report. They will know about the various ways through which they can

Choosing the method: The method of conveying the message to targeted audiences will
be selected in this. The presentation will be mailed by me to every employee, so that they can go
through it whenever they are free. I will also attached the feedback form in it, so that they can
provide me information about the gaps in my presentation. This will also be beneficial for me.
Organising the content: Before presenting in front of the audience, the content will also
be organised. In this proper guidelines will be made related to targeted audience so that the
message can be delivered to them easily and timely. This can also increase the likeness of
presentation.
Changes that need to be made in presentation
There were changes which needed to be made in presentation like the graphics were not
clearly visibly to the audience. Also the presentation needs to be more preventive so that the
message can be easily delivered to the audience. It has also been analysed that the presentation
needs to contain more images so that the staff members in front of whom the presentation is been
kept are more interested. There must also be more clear and specific sentences in presentation.
These are the change which needs to be made on the presentation.
