From given two presentations in which summarise about
positive managerial actions and another is abusing power.
These two topic of presentation is majorly focused on work
place action and unethical behaviour happen in organisation. In
first presentation is determined about different action work
enhance through communication, as it plays an important role
to maintain healthier relationship between employer and
employee along with manager. The significance of managerial
action and choices helps to maintain discipline in workplace.
There are some of factors which determined like lack of
recognition when employee did not get appraise for his or her
effortless contribution. As the relationship can be maintained
through virtual, within working in workplace and even having
better engagement with employees. In this motivation plays an
