1ESSAY ASSIGNMENT
I have joined the current company as an assistant manager – sales support in the field
of marketing. When I joined a new field, I realized that in order to earn authority within the
organization, I needed to have my ideas approved at the management meetings. I had no track
record and, therefore, did not receive sufficient support for my new designs. Then I started to
learn about the system by reading books and exchange ideas with someone who work on that
field for a long period of time. After trying to cope with the system for so many times I
finally succeeded in doing so, and my team members also started to have a trust on me. Later
on, all the manager also started approving my innovation. The experience of the place where
I have worked will balance my academic studies by providing the other technique of learning
outside the tutorial room.
Work experience are the skilled experience in the workplace and that will become a
walking stone to the next assignment of the work. In order to influence work experience to
move forward in my career, firstly I have to learn to used that experience as a source of
information in the future.
I have a vast experience at workplace that could be used as a general source of
information for my education purpose and for contributing in group discussion. At the
moment, I decided to take MBA program from this April. I am little concerned regarding my
future and how my unstructured life will take a shape once I am done with my MBA
program. Nevertheless, the datum that I have quite a lot of work experience during my
studies helps me to stay calm in every situation. I think that it not only arranged me for the
trade practically but also it facilitated me a lot to enhance my own career choice. The
explanations behind the fact that experience at the workplace could be used as a general
source of information that will be helpful for my education is that it gives me a sense of taste
for juggling in real life. It helps me in the situation where I have to make my own decision. It
developed my soft skills. Lastly I want to say that it made my learning very easy.

2ESSAY ASSIGNMENT
A group discussion can alter the attitude and ideas of the people. It can help out a
group of people to make a specific decision or can come to a end and it can give a chance to
hear the thoughts and ideas of all the members of a group. No one can be able to contribute to
a particular group discussion until and unless they are prepared well. Due to my work
experience, where I have learned the ways to communicate with the people. I have organized
and hosted few presentations and have a visit to customer whenever it is required. I am doing
this work for more than two years. So, I am confident and well prepared to contribute in a
group discussion process.
