generations is also ready to quit their assigned duties or job, if their expectations from the

The present research will demonstrate the personal expectations of the new generations from
their respective careers. It makes changes in the workplace in accordance with meeting
expectations of new generation workforce. It can be seen that, the employees can no longer be

workplace. In addition to that, employees who are working in company that are driven by brand
strategy which will help both employees and customers and are much more productive than

when they are performing for a big brand organisation. The Generation Y are capable of being
more innovative and had a great vision. A company can not be pretend to be a social and ethical
corporate, they have to be incorporate this attribute in their business, if they want this new
generation to be part of their company. A team with a strong spirit is important for a business to
be successful. A company has to develop their vision by considering the employee's expectation.
The necessities for increasing performance and productivity of employees this tactic will play
main role (Stewart and et.al., 2017). A shareholder will have exception for good return from the
business i.e. inevitable. But, it is significant for a business to consider that the company should
be satisfied with the job as they are contributing in the society. It would be a motivating factor
for new generation employees.
