3. How could the identified problems or weakness
within the current approach (delivery) be improved?
You may focus on 3 OR 4 improvements
Improvement 1 Discuss exactly how this improvement could be achieved using relevant up to
date evidence
One of the major areas where NHS needs an improvement is their training
programs. They need to provide training to the employees for the better
treatment and care. Most of the nurses and staff does not have proper training
experience and this creates problem for the patents, and they do not get
proper treatment from the NHS staff (Holman, Johnson and O'Connor.,
2018). To improve these areas they need to have leaders who can provide
them proper training, and they should have professional experience which
will help employ7ees to get professional training, and they can be motivated
and provide care and treatment to the employees. They also need to
organize seminars where staff can take knowledge about their professional,
and they can get experience from the professional from the health care
industry. Leader's of the company have to develop skills which is necessary in
this field, so they can learn new skills which will increase their ability, and they
can perform their task more effectively. Providing training to the employees is
not enough they also have to monitor the training of the staff, and they also
take the test of the employees after the completion of the training, so they
get best possible results and outcome by from the training.
Improvement 2 Discuss exactly how this improvement could be achieved using relevant up to
date evidence
Another area where NHS need improvement is their polices for shifty and
security of their employees which is necessary. If employees will get shifty
and security at their workplace then they can work without any fear and more
effectively. HR of the company should make polices which include employees
shifty . They can also provide life insurance because most of the employees at
the NHS are only source of income for their family and if anything happened to
them then there will no one who can run their family. Life insurance will
provide surety to the employees who are working and if anything happened to
them then they can file claim, and they will get compensation from the
company, and they will get money to survive. NHS can also provide plans to
their employees such as reattainment and saving plan which can be deducted
from their salaries and after their retirement they can get money which was
collected from the salaries so employees can use in future and live
conferable life.
Improvement 3 Discuss exactly how this improvement could be achieved using relevant up to

There are very limited equipment present at the workplace of NHS so staff
cannot provide appropriate treatment to the patents (Einarsen and et.al.,
2018). NHS is run by the government and most of the people in UK take
treatment from this institute so Government should look for this issues they
should implement new and advance machines at their workplace so staff
can provide proper treatment to the patents. NHS need new equipment but
machines and tool which are already present at the workplace also need
proper maintenance because this can cause major problem for the NHS and
their patents both. They also need people who can check those machine on
their and if any of the tool is not working properly then they can look for the
problem and provide maintenance to the equipments. Staff who are new

getting proper training so leaders of the NHS should provide them proper
training, so they can learn how to use those tools and equipment and treat
their patents effectively. This is an responsibility of the superiors who are
working in NHS they should make sure that new staff are getting training for
the equipment or not because safe treatment is the first priority of this health
care system and if staff do not know how to use equipment then this can
affect on the patents treatment and their life can be on the risk.
Improvement 4 Discuss exactly how this improvement could be achieved using relevant up to

Lack of staff at workplace is also major problem for the NHS because they
have very fewer employees who are working currently. They need more
employees because less staff at work cannot treat more patents at the same
time so patents does not best proper care and treatment. They need more
doctors and nurses for the care and treatment. This will improve quality of the
care and treatment and staff can provide better care to their patents
(Gomez‐Baya and Lucia‐Casademunt., 2018). HR management of the
company should recruit doctors and nurses who have skills to treat patents
and provide care to them. They can post requirements on the websites where
they can get skilful staff who can work for them after the recruitment of those
candidates they need to take interview of candidates, so they can find the
people who have skills to provide treatment and care to the people.
Candidates who get selected in the recruitment process should get proper
training, so they can gain more knowledge which can be used in treatment of
the people and their care. This recruitment will also make NHS stronger, and
they can provide the best treatment with the professional staff.
