that they are working in a safe environment. The report will cover communication of WHS new
procedures, how does it take to arrange and complete training from the training needs identified
and Training effectiveness. In addition to this, Conventions and WHS legislations will be
discussed in this report

Communicating new procedures
The suitable time for the team meeting will be 10:00 AM. There will be three new WHS
procedures discussed in the meeting such as about tools and equipment’s that are working in a
good condition. The use of PPE and frequent breaks effectively. There will be no changes in the
WHS procedures that it will remain same as before. No changes will be made in hazard
identification, risk assessment as well as in reporting. Supervisors, employees and managers will
provide inputs about the new WHS procedures. Team ideas will be applied to the new WHS
procedures by evaluating and managing discussion on ideas. The ideas will be delegated to all
the team members when it is completely determined. The new procedures of WHS will comply
with legislations safety codes of practices and standards such as workplace safety, arrangement
of tools and equipment’s, safety standards and other things related to the workplace will be
considered as priority. The documents will be accessed on the website. Training programmes
will be organised monthly for supervisors, employees and managers. Meeting agenda will be the
importance of WHS procedures at workplace and invitations are allowed to supervisors,
employees, managers and chairperson of the business.

identified that training needs are determined for supervisors, employees and managers regarding
all three WHS procedures. The training program will be organised for them in monthly time
period as per the requirement. It is identified that training is important for workers in the firm in
order to provide them all the information regarding business WHS procedures. The training
programmes will be organised at the end of every month. Before one of training session all the
issues and problems determined by the employees, supervisors and managers will be conducted
as a documentary process.
