1. An overview of WH&S principles and practices applicable to the AAA Auto
Repairers workshop and stores areas.
Work health and safety act is developed for the improvement of the working conditions of the
employees. As a manager different principles are required to be planning to establish a good
WHS system. The different principles are related to the providing proper training to the
employees, maintain a good communication way, reporting must be required to be given by
every employee and many more (Matters, 2018). For the better working of the AAA Auto
repairers manager needs to identify the hazard which exists in the organization, for this
proper record keeping is also required and a consultant must be hired to resolve all these kind
of problems.

needed to be collected and those documents are current health and safety policies and
procedures, health and safety surveys, checklists and audits of the organization.

Risk assessment is the important part of any organization. For evaluating the risk
assessment a risk matrix is prepared and evaluation is done according to their specified area
of risk. The result of the analysis is done on the basis of almost certain, likely, possible and
unlikely and rare.
b) List the WHS/Risk reporting documents you will retain and the information they
provide
The following are the documents which are required to be maintained to retain the
information.
List of identified hazards
Current health and safety policies and procedures
Complaint forms
Incident, injury, and near-miss reports
Workers compensation form
Health and safety survey and checklist.
c) How will these documents/records be stored and be made available when required.
For maintaining the documents proper folders are made to maintain the records of the
different employees and the managers of the organization (Matters, 2018). Proper records are
made and a specified register is made to check all the details and the documents to maintain
all the records.

To remove the risk assessment in the organization some strategies are made which are
required to be implemented in the workplace (Shaw, 2017). The strategy related to the
workplace stress, which helps the management to remove the different risk and the issues.
To remove the stress of the employees one interaction plan is made, which increase the
communication between the different levels of the organization and this provides the good
understanding and the coordination among all the employees. Resources for the
implementation of the strategies are employees view, feedback form, and consultation with
the manager.

with the safety of the job. The employer should also ensure that there should be proper
system for addressing the unfair treatment and unsafe hazards in case they are following up in
the workplace. The principle framework structure for the WHS legislative frame work in

Develop a healthy and a safe workplace for their employees.
