In the chosen study a total 79 participants with 10 focus groups were
interviewed using qualitative phenomenological approach.
Participants were above 25 years and were related to occupational health and
safety.
The data collected was analysed using decoding the information through
QSRNVivo 10 (Australia).

It has been found from the data analysis that workplace safety and
health includes various parameters such as occupational safety,
physical activity, nutrition, mental health and other generic health
issues.
It has been analysed that healthy workers leads to better work life
balance and deliver high productivity. On the other hand unhealthy
workers lack supportive network and due to negative mental attribute
their productivity is also limited.
