motivation and using the common language. It is to make sure about providing flexible
timings to maintain the human and physical working environment for effectiveness and
positive teamwork. The improvisation in communication skills is essential at the workplace
for attaining the goals and adjusting by agreeing for correction and encouragement on
feedback. With continuous empathy development for adapting information and shows
concern regarding the issues and make everyone feels comfortable. It provides understanding
and focuses by investment in training and develops new skills for effectiveness in
communication. The productive workforce is to make an environment supporting variety with
the help of balancing time, management pressures and cost. The resources providing
communication strategies are in the socially varied company for promoting communication
effectively (Villa, Gonçalves, & Villy Odong, 2017).
In the organization, it is essential to interact and communicate at the workplace by
working with broad mind, having the knowledge about individual’s cultural experiences,
listening carefully, look towards the non-verbal communication and personal touch
maintenance. It is essential the way of individual’s communication, decisions-making and
understanding. The success can be gained by accepting and understanding the differences of
varied cultural group and analyse the situations by using enhancement for group and to make
decisions. It is a basic human nature of being bias, cultural expectations and placing
stereotype unintentionally. It is vital for the companies to be aware providing varied trainings
to make sure about the learning of employees about cultural mind and adapting to
communicate with different individual’s experiences (Neo, 2015).
