INTRODUCTION
Human resources management team plays an important role for the organisation in order
to create positive environment in the organisation and to bring more opportunities for the
company (Brierley, and Gwilliam, 2017). It is the responsibility of the human resources
management team to overcome the problems which are facing by the organisation and create
positive environment and culture in the company so that they can retain more talented employees
in the organisation and improve the employee’s engagement in the organisation. There is
different kind of problems which are facing by the company and it is the responsibility of the
human resources management team who identify the problems and adopt the fact of techniques
so that they can rectify the problems and create positive environment of the company. In order to
analyse the human resources techniques and analyse the problems this report consider Tesco
organisation which is situated in United Kingdom. The organisation is operating at the
multinational level and provides variety of the product and services in the marketplace.
