INTRODUCTION
Learning is an act of acquiring new things and improving the existing whether it is
knowledge and skills which helps in making changes by using appropriate information,
knowledge along with the attitude to various range of experience. Proper learning among
employees assist in producing changes in the operational activities of company (Akyol and
Garrison, 2011). Learning is facilitated with the use of meta-cognitive strategies so that they can

care home which provides care to the people who are suffering from different diseases. In the
present report, there will be discussion on the factors to be considered in the learning plan in a
business entity. Along with this, teaching strategies in health and social care sector will be
