Motivation and perception are two psychological elements that impact on decision
making of human as well as on their behaviour. These are at the base of human selection and
behaviour (Nencini, Romaioli and Meneghini, 2016) . The importance of both factors related to
personal and social understanding them. Both are complex in nature and explanations for them
have been created by numerous schools of idea. In any organisation both are playing essential
role and provide benefits to employees as well as employer to increase performance level and
gain more advantages.
MAIN BODY
Motivation – It is essential factor which motivate any individual to present their best
performance and help to meet with organisational goals. A strong positive encouragement
motivation will enable the improved results of staff members but a negative encouragement will
reduce performance. In other words, It is defined as key factor in personnel management is
motivation. There are two types of theories in motivation which is used by individuals as well as
in organization such as content and process theories.
Importance of Motivation
Improve Performance level – The term of motivation can help to increase performance
level of employees in any organisation. The capability to do work and willingness both
are effected by the efficiency of a person. It is getting through education as well as
training. To do any work required to willingness in comparison to ability like an

many staff members behave in rude and negative way. They always think negatively that

for a managers. For this give more time and go waste in repeated hiring staff members

absenteeism is high. There are many reason for absence of the employees such as no
recognition, poor relations with colleagues and superiors, no monetary reward. A

help to understand perception, a set of sense including the capability to reduce changes in body
position's and movements. It is not only develop experience of the world around us but also it
allows to behave according to environment.
