INTRODUCTION
Workplace Policies refers to the set of rules and regulations which are important for the
effective working and performance of an organisation in the environment (Surmeier, 2018). The

On the basis of review data, when it was asked to the respondents what are various areas
of improvement it was observed that more training has to be provided to employees to increase
efficiency and awareness, senior management of the company has to become more supportive for
employees. A respondent also said that brainstorming meetings should organised by company so
