work in an organisation with high value or with an enterprise whose value reflect their own
values. Further, 86% millennials said that they would like to live an employer whose level
corporate social responsibility is lower than their expectations. Mainly this survey highlighted
that millennials consider their need of personal fulfilment with their career development and this
is the main reason which is changing the workplace. This reflects that, today, it is very important
for an employer to deal with various issues such as equality and gender diversity at workplace in
order to sustain for long time period. Employees who work at purpose led business are more
productive as compare to average workers at workplace. When employees are aware about the
fact that they are contributing in social development then they work with more energy and
interest. Millennials are big thinkers. Appear social ethical is not enough for businesses, it is
essential for them to carry out purpose driven business in order to appeal millennial workers.
Employees are known as one of the most valuable assets of every business enterprise and
workers with strong team ethos leads the business to heights or contribute more in success and
growth of enterprise. If one wants to perform business which should encourages employees then
it is very essential to do efforts to achieve a common vision. Owners and shareholders always
expect some return on their investment. But when employees go to office everyday and known
that efforts done by them are contribute in social development, this work as great motivating
factor for them.
