There are different type of issues that are faced with the organization. In order to overcome one of the effective way to solve

There are different levels in an organization which work together in order to achieve the organizational goals and objectives.
Following are the different styles of communication used at different level:
Top level: There are few people who are involved in this level. They are the one who take all major decisions and make
changes which are to be followed by middle and lower levels. To have proper interact regarding the issues and problems which
are faced by organization, management conducts board meetings. All the issues which are being faced by different departments
are discussed and they share views and make appropriate decisions. There are only few people who are involved in decision
making. It is effectively done with the help of board meetings.
Middle level: It includes people who guide and control employees who have direct interaction with customers. All the
decisions which are made by top level are conveyed to the middle level and they are being adopted by the organization. The
type of communication style which is used in this level is email, telephone and face to face interaction. However, mainly emails
are used in order to convey the changes and issues which are faced within organization. Further, in emergency cases, face to
face interaction takes place and changes are conveyed to this level.
Lower level: People working at this level are the one who have direct interaction with customers. They know the issues which
are faced by them. In order to have proper interaction, type of communication style used here is through seminars. It is mainly
conducted by a professional who conveys the changes or decisions which are taken by the top management. All the doubts
which employees have in their mind are clarified and suggestions are also taken from employees so that business operations can
be operated effectively.
