Project and Personal Reflections
Our project was ‘Refurbishment of Residential Complex by UYI Constructions’ and it
utilized the management of the activities defining the formation of the successive implication of
the works. We involved the use of the effective schedule development using MS-Project, risk
management using risk assessment and priority matrix, cost estimation using bottom up
estimation, and project status report. The project status report has resulted in forming the
utilization of the project progress identification and listing probable implication management. I
had implied the usage of the successful work development with the implication of the project
management tools and techniques.
Conclusion
It can be concluded from the assignment that the implication of the effective work
alignment and development would be eased with the utilization of the innovative work alignment
and development. The project status reports had involved the formation of the successive
documentation using the effective work function alignment. The development of the proper and
