INTRODUCTION
Workplace communication system is considered as an effective system that is very
important in any organisation. It is because it helps in maintaining the level of interaction within
the inmates as one cannot work continuously for hours (Turner and et.al, 2010). Some sort of
interaction is must between work as it helps in maintaining the focus towards the work as it is
considered as a relaxation factor. It is the responsibility of the management to check whether
everything inside the workplace is going good or not. Along with this, it is also important to keep
a check of the ways people are interacting with each other. The report is about reviewing JKL
industries and planning the portfolio of the company.
PART A
1. Current change issues
JKL industries focuses on the selling of forklifts along with small trucks as well. The
change that they have adopted for is the negotiation of the large trucks from an overseas supplier.
As the rental market has been decreasing from a long time, the JKL industries have to reposition
itself for maintaining the focus on the retail prices only.
Communication and Consultation needs
Approaches to the information management are lacking. Along with this, JKL industries
has a very slower response to the needs of the customers which can disappoint the customers.
They do not even use any modern technology which is also an issue for the industry. Including
some technologies in the industry can help in increasing the rate of activities, thus it can prove
beneficial for the industry (Chandrasekar, 2011).
Role of a communication consultant
A communication consultant can help in involving some strategies that JKL industries
can use for the communication and also for involving technologies to help the industry as they
can replace all the manual processes as well.
2 Review of JKL industries
The current documentation of JKL industries is that it lacks in various communication methods,
their response to the customers is slow because they do all the processes manually. That is why,
a communication consultant can help in including some strategies that can help the JKL
industries . The industry has involved large and medium trucks as well as they were before
dealing with smaller ones only (Modaff, Butler and DeWine, 2016). The stakeholders include

their partners that are situated in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. The
customers of JKL industries involves various industries that deal with small trucks and various
spare parts of the trucks.

and development to an employee so that they can easily work together and get higher
performance in the world.
4 Grievance policies in the JKL industries
There are different types of plans and policies which provides the higher security to an
employee. Company need to follow various laws and acts that provide security to the employee
in different area such as health and safety, labour laws, wages etc. In the JKL industries the
employees are not satisfied by the culture and environment and they are giving the appropriate
wages to an employee. So that the should gives open environment, plans to the employee in an
entity. They should also follow government rules and acts which provides the higher security to
the employees in the company (Patrick and Kumar, 2012).
5 Information about the policies for the team members
In JKL industries, management decides to follow different types of policies of the
government which gives more security to an employee in the firm. They are decided to apply the
