What was done?
In order to identify the organisational health and safety plan, make sure to use risk identification
and risk assessment tools which in turn leads to manage the risk, to assess the risk, two methods re
used i.e. qualitative and quantitative method.
Also, for physical environment, manager should develop the risk register which in turn leads to
manage the risk. Then for work practice, make sure to determine the risk by taking feedback to
employees. In the term of security issue, also ensure to make proper exit plan and company should
offer best equipment in order to manage the things.

protect them from harm.
