• Examine how to minimize the risks of the injury

• The manager reports the situation to the safety and

• From the relevant health and safety officer report,
the health manager draws a safety control plan.
• The hazards control procedure is then recorded and
kept for future reference in case of the same
occurrence.

Reporting procedures for
hazard identification
• Report the hazard identified to the relevant
management within the organization.
• The individual who identified the hazard then records the
hazard on the record sheet. In that sheet, the
information about the hazard, and the date it is
identified is recorded.
• The manager then investigates the hazards, its causes
and then fills the remaining parts within the record
sheet. He/she records the solutions taken to manage the
risks of the hazard.
• The executive management then finds a correct action
plan to prevent future occurrence of the hazard.
