 The managers have to make sure hat they are being able
to inspire their employees in following the safety tips.
 It has to be noted that making the employees abide by
these rules is not a very easy task (Bold et al., 2016).
 The managers have to find out and implement some
tactics that would motivate the employees in following the
workplace safety measures.

Motivating the Employees
 Consistent training
The managers have to use many training sessions in order to make
their employees realize about the threats associated with their
work. In the factories where the workers use the heavy materials
like iron rods, sharp implements like spade have to be handled
very carefully.
 Motivation and Incentive
The managers have to motivate and inspire the employees so that
they can get some reason for following the safety tips. The
managers must not create an undue pressure over the
employees. They have to make sure that they are being able o
introduce the awards and recognition system so that they can
motivate their employees.
