Documenting on health and safety must be functional and concise and focus must be
given on effectiveness rather than sheer of volume of paperwork (Hopper, 2018). Therefore,
implementation of workplace safety plan will be involving of the host of things like educating
employees and managers to make every stakeholder of company to feel responsible for ensuring
safety norms and polices that are being rightly followed.
To undertake supportive implementation, the enterprise must develop the capabilities and
to support mechanism to accomplish safety and health policy. On the other hand, safety and
health policy is the target that set by all managers and employees. In order to implement health
and safety plan there is need to build safety policies and procedures, job description and for this
responsible authority would be operational managers and WHS committee members.
Furthermore, consultation on the policies will be conducted to have arrangement tool box
talks and WHS meetings. Thus, meetings needs to be arranged so that better amendment in plan
can be made if there is any need to alter.
Afterwards, Hazard identification process the following tool needs to use as management
and system tools, to undertake workplace inspection and to make incident report on evaluation
data. There are three steps that can be use to manage health and safety at work. However, risk
assessment defined as tool that eliminate the tool, control the risk so that hazard can be
eliminated (.World Health Organization, 2018). However, the responsible authority will be as
managing director and operation manager. Hazard and risk management procedure needs to
carried out by operational manager, WHS manager and WHS member committee. At the last,
controlling measures must be taken to supervise training, health and safety induction procedure.
This is crucial step in this evaluation is needs to be conducted between planned and actual
process. If there is any deviation between it, than controlling actions must be taken.
To implement it effectively, information, instruction and training will be given to
employees on continual basis so that general induction training can aids to employees so that
better things can be carried out. Therefore, at workplace the injury management, policies,
procedures and tools, compliance with record keep obligation needs to be conducted to carry out
things effectively. However, to implement health and safety work plan continual improvement
needs to be carried out to undertake safety inspection and audit reports (Yiu, Sze and Chan,
2018). Additionally, risk assessment practices needs to undertake as it aids to identify the hazard

and potential to work. By continually monitoring the all activities the things can be achieved
effectively and efficiently. Thus, whole activities needs to be review periodically so that whole
things can be carried out in well mode. Being safe at the workplace is very crucial as this is
fundamental principles of workplace health and safety. To undertake better implementation, the
following things must be addressed are as-
Management commitment and employee involvement
Worksite analysis
To undertake hazard prevention and control.
To provide better training for employees, supervise and managers.
