Employees should be aware of their roles in WHS management for managing hazards. To
manage risks, a step-wise process is followed; hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control,
review risk control measures.

At the very beginning, a training need plan is developed. It is based on findings and
analysis of training needs. The analysis is as shown.

3.1 WHSMS Measurement and Evaluation in Line with Go Fuel’s Plans
Go Fuel has an operational and well-constructed incident reporting framework. Besides
incidents reporting, more has to be done on using the statistics that are in the reporting

framework. ISS lacks comprehensive audit to align itself with WHSMS guidelines. However, the
management makes an effort for external audits. A resident reporting framework is in place but
fails to give detailed information pertaining an incident as required by law. Incident investigation
or framework for corrective and preventive measures has not been put in place. The staff has
been engaged in meetings to provide their views and WHS’s understanding.
3.2 WHS Record Keeping
Serious body injuries obtained at work should be reported to the authorities. An employee
is required to submit an incident Notification form within 24 hours. The staff is mandated to
immediately inform their employers on the occurrence of an incidence. Below is a sample of an
