INTRODUCTION
Global workplace refers as international labour pool of workers, who are working
collectively and manage the good performance. In business environment number of people are
working who understand their roles and operate the all functions effectively by arranging the all
task and workings (Lynch and Mors, 2019). When I was studying in university I need to
complete different courses that are related to global workplace that states what problems can be
arise in running the business and how the all activities can help to bring the changes in
challenging environment. I analysed that intercultural different is a big issues while working
anywhere as people comes to other places who belongs to different culture is required to follow
that can be create the problems. This report is going to discuss about different module which I
read during studies that helped me to increase my employability skills and knowledge.
MAIN BODY
As I was studying in University different courses I need to complete on time which can
help to improve the skills and knowledge in special area. Different topics are covered in module
which was very beneficial for me as it helped to emphasis on my weakness that have increased
the knowledge and skills to get the problems which are running in organization and bring the
change that can manage the all workings. In first module I studied about training for inter culture
competence which is most important for individuals as people get education to get the good
opportunities where they need to maintain the good behaviour with others. It has been seen that
number of people are working at single workplace where many conflicts arises between then due
to misconduct, cultural difference and lack of communication (Morell and DeBoer, 2018). As
people comes from other places so it is natural to have different culture that create the problem in
managing all workings. I learnt from this module that how to manage the cultural difference
while working at global workplace which have increased the insights to develop the performance
and personal development skills. I analysed that training is the best theory to reduce the cultural
difference which arises between people that can help to maintain the good communication and
develop the good performance. The people between who works at same place should be
communicated properly as management is responsible for providing the training to people
regarding official language which can be used by all and develop the performance (Corlett-
Rivera and Kangas, 2019).

The second module was about how to be a intercultural competent by removing weakness
and increasing strength that a person a have. When I was working in an organization I observed
that many people are dealing with cross cultural situations, where a person who is competent to
handle the situation need to make sense what was happening with persons. For reducing the
problem of cross cultural situation I noticed that ethnocentrism theory is effective which
increases the insights regarding believes and behaviour by maintaining all culture and improving
the performance. To reduce the cross cultural difference I should be focus on how to raise
defence against the cross cultural. Cross culture in global workplace is required to making efforts
to ensuring that people interact effectively by managing the all activities and supporting each
others which can help to increase the workings and develop the performance. To mange the all
activities and function in future this is important task which should have in person to as it
improve the insights how other people understand the task and how the activities are going on. I
learnt about Ethnocentric stages that means world view of one's own culture is central to all
reality (Sallati, de Andrade Bertazzi and Schützer, 2019). The stages are Isolation and
Separation that have improved the knowledge and particular field of skills that brings the
improvement in future activities. To minimise the cultural difference physical universalism and
transcendent universalism that can help to identify the problem and manage the all activities
effectively. The another module was about Emotional reflexivity that means it is central to
reflexive processes colouring the perception of self, other and social world at domestic and
global workplace. To manage the all functions and activities such skill is important as it bring the
improvement by facing the all challenges and maintain develop the professional skills. I analysed
that emotion and feeling is needed at all places whether domestic and global workplace which
should be improve by managing the mutual understanding. To share the information and keeping
views between one and more people as it helps to develop to personal skills and functions to
manage the all activities (Vaganova and et.al., 2020).
Personal development
The learnings and study which I learnt in University have improve my knowledge and
skills by taking classes and attending courses. During the classes I analysed that my
communication skills, coordination, intellectual, and passionate skills are weak that needs to
improve for getting the good opportunities and managing the task in future period (CBates,
Lewis and Pickard, 2019). I noticed that my ICT skills is also weak that should be improve by

taking the right steps and action as it brings the changes in activities and knowledge that can help
to face the problems accurately and maintain the all performance. To bring the improvements in
communication I have attended the seminars and debate competition which have improved my
knowledge and skills as how to share the ideas as well as information that can help to get good
opportunities and manage the all functions. To operate the all functions and working collectively
coordination and intellectual skills that can help to maintain the good relation with other people
who are working at global workplace and develop the business organizational activities.
When I was studying in university my tutor has assigned me a project where I appointed
as a leader, so all responsibilities came on me to handle the project and be it on time. I faced
many problems due to lacking in some skills where I thought that how I can improve my skills
and can manage the all functions. To develop the business performance it is important to have
good in particular field that can help to bring the improvements and manage the performance. I
have good work delegation skills, motivation skills, and mathematical skills which helped me to
solve the all problem by sharing with my team members (Mowrey, 2020). I delegated the work
between people who were involved in project by analysing their skills in hope that work will be
completed on time by focusing on each task and activity. While working with team I realised that
my communication and coordination skills are improving by working with team that would give
me good business opportunities in future period. This can be important for all individual to
analysis the all skills and working activities that can be complete by assigning work between
people that increases the working and improving the personal development. I observed that my
senior appreciated me for managing the good culture at workplace as I attended lecture of
intercultural difference where I learnt how to reduce the intercultural difference between people
who comes to other country (Wolanik Boström, 2018) . I realised that as a manager and leader
training should be provided to all people which can help to increase the insights and develop the
personal skills that supports to bring new ideas and develop future business opportunities by
managing all works and handling the project effectively.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that personal profession refers as skills and
knowledge of a person which should be have in individual to manage the all workings and
developing the performance. Cultural difference should be reduced at domestic and global
workplace where training is defined as best way of handling this problem as it increases the

insights of people and manage the all performance. To improve the communication skills, and
coordination skills there is need to attend seminars, sharing with people, and observing the
people which can help to bring the improvements in personal development.
