According to a recent survey conducted by PwC, they affirmed that around 88 per cent of
the millennial wants to work with a company through which they can reflect their own values.
This is not the end as 86 percent of the millennial as they are saying that if corporate
responsibility are meeting their expectations are fulfilled than they are considering leaving their
employer. Thus, with the help of this research it can be evaluated that most of the millennial look
for the jobs by which fulfill their desires and for this these millennial tend to change or reshape
their workplace. Therefore, it can be said that, for companies it is not easy to pay only lip
services to situations like sustainability, gender diversity and equality. Hence, it is crucial that
firm have the capability of tackling all the situations. In terms of purpose led business, if workers
are compared with average employees than they are three times more productive. Thus, it can be
said that, when workers think that they are contributing to a bigger picture than they tend to
become more enthusiastic and motivated while performing any kind of task. Henceforth,
millennial are called as big picture thinkers. Therefore, if companies want to appeal to these
millennial workforces than they should incorporate attitudes which are purpose driven because
socially appearing on surface is not enough. Thus, if an organization needs a common vision of
they want to sustain in the market for longer period of time and along with this it is required that
company have a strong team who share same thinking and can work for a common goal. This
will not only make company successful but it will also motivate workforce for performing their
task in an effective manner.
