This report presents a comprehensive review and modification of a workplace sustainability policy. It begins by assessing the success of a previous policy focused on reducing utility expenses, highlighting improvements in energy and gas usage, and waste management. The report then identifies trends requiring remedial action, such as workplace resource management, fair trade practices, and healthy eating habits. Following this, it addresses new areas identified through audits, including water savings, energy efficiency, and staff training for sustainability practices. Finally, the report proposes modifications to the existing policy, incorporating strategies for water conservation, energy efficiency incentives, and mandatory staff training to ensure continuous improvement and enhance overall sustainability within the organization. The report is based on an assignment completed for the BSBSUS501 unit.
