Why is this topic important?
The main reason of choosing the topic is to develop the understanding about
workplace transformation that is used to improve the efficiency of employees and
support to attain the competitive advantages. This will help to link with further
studies and managing the work in case of having burden. This will also help to
setting the career goals by gaining understanding about workplace transformation
and formulate the future plans. This topic is important as it has been seen that
employees are leaving the organization due to feeling boar and working with
traditional method where transformation in space, way of work, and technology
could help to reach the targeted goals.

To develop knowledge about workplace transformation.
As per view point of Attaran, Attaran, and Kirkland (2019), Workplace transformation is
the main activity in which employees feels flexible to work by selecting tool, technique, and
workplace to work. Someome employees feels uncomfortable and unsafe to work from their
offices and they need some space to work and manage the activities. This could be important for
business organization to identify the needs of their employees and provide them right place to

work that encouraged and influenced to work effectively and develop the organizational
productivity.

within Coca Cola to attain competitive advantages.
As per view point of George, and Bajbair (2021), Employees are main assets of
organization who understand the goals of organization and bring changes in their existing
performance. This is important for each business industry to analysis the environment and comes
to know what is happening around then kind of services and products should be provided
accordingly. If there is an absence of workplace transformation then could be challenging for
industry to regulate their business. In relation to Coca Cola, transformation of workplace is
followed by management by introducing changes in technology, workspaces, and activities that
supports to grow the business and accomplish the business goals. The management should be
identified the needs and wants of their customers then offer the kind of services which supported
to grow the business and managing the task properly. The employees of chosen organization
provide a facility to work remotely resulting to feel good and improve the employee’s efficiency

research and what type of research methodology and approach will you
use?
Research philosophy: This could be explained as principle which is being formulated to
collect the data. This consider positivism and Interpretivism. Positivism philosophy to conduct
research is being used by researcher that can help to develop the understanding about how
employees get ready to work in changing environment.
Research approach: This could be a determined method which is used to sourcing the
information. Inductive and deductive approach are two areas of knowing approaches that are
uses to gathering the data and managing the all functions accurately. In relation to current
research, deductive approach is being used by researcher to collect data.
Research Strategy: This involves different approaches such as experiment, action research,
case study, interviews, survey, and systematic literature out of them survey method is being used
by researcher (Obi, and Oloye, 2021).
Choices of research: This can be termed to methodology of research that involves mono,
mixed, and multi method. The current research is based on single topic so that mono method is
being used by researcher to complete their study.
Time horizon: This describes needed time period for the purpose of completion of project.
This consider cross sectional, and longitudinal. In relation to current research, mono method is
being used by researcher to complete their study.
Data analysis and collection: This could be explained as technique which involves
qualitative and quantitative. In relation to current research, technique as quantitative is being
