This research project analyzes the influence of the global pandemic on accelerating workplace transformation, focusing on Primark. The study aims to understand the concept of workplace transformation, identify the impacts of the pandemic on its acceleration within Primark, determine the importance of workplace transformation, and examine strategies adopted by Primark to address related challenges. The research employs a positivism philosophy and a deductive approach, utilizing survey methods for data collection from 40 Primark employees. Data is gathered through primary sources like questionnaires and secondary sources such as online articles and journals, using a cross-sectional time horizon. Ethical considerations are addressed through informed consent and data protection measures.
