INTRODUCTION
The successful business project can be made by adopting and implementing the appropriate
process in the project management from where the company can be able to increase their
productivity and growth at definite level. The organisation named Morrison a supermarket
located at United Kingdom is required to conduct a small project of Transformation of the
workplace where they have to adopt innovative digital transformation for making the company
grow and develop successfully (Fesenko, Shakhov, Fesenko, Bibik and et.al., 2018).
The present report will illustrate the brief description about the challenges and issues the
company is facing during the transformation. In a project planning, it is important to consider as
it will define the scope of the project and mention a Gantt chart and work breakdown structure to
track out the activities in definite manner. It also includes a project management plan, primary
and secondary research, findings and reflective practise which will provide the relevant
justification and solution of the issue. In the research, the primary and secondary both research

the determination of the objective that are considered to be prepared for the ways in which they
help in the development of the successful understanding. The change that has been shown by us

This project was prepared with the use of qualitative methodology which is the
methodology that is used for the participant observation or given case studies for the generation
of the results from the selected narrative. This is also the descriptive account that is able to set
the practice that is said to be the sociologists that helps in the method that are considered to be
the factor which helps in the adoption of the ways in which study can be conducted. It has been
said to be the key that is able to analyse the key understanding of the effective operations to be
taken during the preparation of this project. From this research we have been able to research
data that is very essential and also effective for the management of the performance that is
considered to be the key to the development of the understanding about the digital transformation
in the organization (Senyo, Liu and Effah, 2019). The focus of the organization is also said to be
the practice that is said to be the ways in which they are able to gain the competitive advantage

From the above finding it has been concluded that the transformation of the business
digital is very important in order to be able to develop the organization. The focus of the

was able to find the importance of this study and address the ways in which the business can
transform its operations with the means of digital technology. The focus of this organization has

What problems you have encountered, and what steps taken to address them?
- Initially, the researcher faced difficulty in formulating the aim, objectives and the research
questions for the purpose of conducting the research. In order to solve this issue, the
researcher took help and guidance from the peers and other researcher scholars for the
purpose of determining how the topic of the research is selected and how the aim of the
study is formulated. The researcher also took the guidance from the tutor in order to
check whether the topic, aim and the objectives of the research are appropriate or not.

What problems you have encountered, and what steps taken to address them?
- The researcher also faced difficulty in collection of data from primary sources. Due to the
outbreak of COVID 19 and the imposition of lockdown, many organizations were still
operating remotely. Many employees within organization were working from home and
due to which it was difficult to reach to the management of the company to conduct a
survey. However, in order to conduct the survey, the researcher took contact details of the
employees and provided them with online forms so that they could the questions
remotely.

- Lastly, the research faced challenges with managing the time. This means it was difficult
to complete the project within the stipulated timeframe and carry out all the functions
effectively. However, in order to accomplish the given task within the stipulated time
frame, the researcher tried to pre plan and organize tasks in advance that needs to be
carried out.
