Why do you want to develop positive relationships with others at work?
Human being requires positive social
interactions with others (Abdullah and Ling 2016).
When you get along with the boss as well as
co worker, the job become fun (Gander, Proyerand
Ruch, 2016).
Enjoying one job help one to do good job and
this make colleagues and boss happy.
When the manager is happy, one can keep
their job(Dutton and Ragins 2017).
